BATTERY VOLTAGE SENSOR

Sensor Description: The Battery Voltage Sensor is used to monitor the voltage of the main battery pack in an

electric vehicle.

Measurement Range: 0-20 volts

Resolution: 0.100 mV

Plugs Into: The 2-pin connector plugs into the Voltage Slot (VOLT) in

the Novak Sentry Data Logger unit with the black wire toward the

outside/left edge of the case.

Default Settings (configurable setting):

 Graph Color:

 Max Value (Gauge Display Only): 20 volts

 Name String: Battery Voltage

Installation Instructions (refer to images shown right):

 The RED wire should be soldered or connected to the positive

(+) terminal of the battery pack or speed control.

 The BLACK wire should be soldered or connected to the

negative (-) terminal of the battery or speed control.

Connect to Battery Terminal

Connect to Speed Control Terminal

WARNING! Do not plug in this sensor backwards! Plugging in the voltage sensor backwards will cause

damage to your Novak Sentry Data Logger and void the product warranty.
